A minimalist multi functional , flexible 1/2 bedroom flat designed and built by Matt Keeler.
The main feature was an installation box of secrets, which contained secret doors to link or divide the main space, storage space, and secret ladder access to the converted attic sleeping loft space.
Target market for possible resale was the nearby BBC. Eventually sold to a well known TV presenter .
