This project , for developers N&D London Ltd, is a demonstration of our abilities to think creatively
about Development potential.
An obsolete store room in an existing 1930 's block of flats was big enough to create three new flats.
Our proposal to the client was to extend the space upwards to create three duplex apartments with
bedrooms on the lower entry level and open plan loft style living space on top.
