Refurbishment - Negotiated Contract
Established the concept of ' Warm-Minimalism'. We turned the existing dark fort Knox of a reception with its assault course of barriers into a warm open welcoming reception controlled only by gentle coraling and psychological tension.
This was achieved by solving the practical issue of rerouting the main fire escape route. We maximised the feeling of space, and created a highly flexible meeting room space with mega scale sliding doors , which when open gave a feeling of an art gallery rather than a conference space.
